Account Registration

Program Enrollment & Payment
By enrolling in a VeganHood Academy program, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Payment plans are subject to approval and additional terms.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your program within 14 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Partial completion of a program does not entitle you to a partial refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through VeganHood Academy—including videos, documents, recipes, and templates—are owned by VeganHood Academy and protected by copyright law. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Certification
The VeganHood Certified Chef credential is awarded upon successful completion of program requirements. This certification is for marketing and professional development purposes and does not replace required local food safety certifications or business licenses.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from completing our programs. Business success depends on many factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
VeganHood Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
